Article Evaluation Process

The article evaluation process is as follows:

1. Articles submitted to the STAD must be prepared and submitted using the Chicago citation system.

2. If the work is accepted, the author is obliged to edit and submit it according to the journal writing rules and article template.

3. Field editors are assigned to the study by the editor. The field editor decides whether to initiate the referee process or return the work to the author.

4.The evaluation process commences with the appointment of at least two referees, each of whom is an expert in their field and employed at a different university. The number of referees may be increased if the referees reach a different conclusion or if the editorial board deems it necessary.

5.The referees are given 21 days to evaluate the article. This period may be extended by the editor. In the event of a disruption or prolongation of the process, the appointment of new arbitrators may be considered.

6.Following the referee evaluation of the article, the editor may request editing from the author in accordance with the referee's opinions. Alternatively, the article may be rejected. Upon completion of the final reading process, the article is published.
